Other reviews are accurate, whereas the pics (of a full and varied humidor) are not. This place only has a few cigars, half of which are not worth buying. Service is rushed, salesperson has little English and little cigar knowledge. Other places nearby are much better for choice and service. On the plus side they do accept American Express, which others don’t.

Les vendeuses n’y connaissent rien ni en langue anglaise, et encore moins en cigares.
Elles se moquent entre elles quand elle ne comprennent rien « no entendo nada » (je ne comprends rien) en parlant de moi !! C’est inadmissible et irrespectueux au possible.
Elles ne sont là que pour vous sortir les cigares des boîtes, elles n’ont aucun conseil.

J’y ai acheté une dizaine de cigare, le vendeur ne parlait pas trop anglais mais il a su être compréhensible et à l’écoute avec le sourire.
La cave à cigare est bien fournie, pas mal de choix. De la variété sur les cubains et également du choix sur les cigares nouveaux monde. Leur conservation est bonne, je vous recommande cette cave à cigare à Barcelone pour vous fournir en cigare de qualité! Merci à vous!

I wasn’t impressed with the service at all. Two people staffing the counter, the woman with a clipboard laughed at me for not speaking fluent Spanish. Not sure what her job actually was given she was just standing there. The man was rushed off his feet and had to leave his post to let me in to the humidor. He doesn’t know a thing about cigars either, which he freely admitted. I’m surprised that a high end department store doesn’t stipulate that the tobacconist employs someone that can discuss and recommend cigars. The humidor was clearly not kept at the right setting, as the cigar was extremely dry to smoke. Again, I’m surprised that a high end department store doesn’t stipulate that the tobacconist keeps cigars at the optimum humidity setting, as the brands that go to great lengths to manufacture a premium product are having their good work undone.

My advice would be to anyone visiting, prepare to buy a sub standard product from a retailer that doesn’t provide good service. And be prepared to be laughed at if you can’t speak fluent Spanish, because that’s hilarious apparently. Even if you politely ask in Spanish if they speak English, you’ll have their sides splitting at quite possibly the funniest joke they’ve ever heard. The mind boggles.

Sincerament mai havia anat a comprar a la cava de El Corte Inglés ( purs havans per al meu marit ) i avui he tingut la iniciativa d' anar-hi i la meva visita ha estat força bé.

Hi havia el que volia regalar-li, i a més el Sr. José Vicente, m' ha atès molt amable i de manera molt professional.

Tracte excel·lent, 💯 recomenable!
