⛔️ Terrible experience shopping here last week. I purchased several Cuban cigars and on opening the package, realised that one was rather mouldy and green in places. Tried exchanging, however, the owner was rather belligerent about it and made it clear she was not willing to change the rotten thing making every excuse under the sun. Absolutely disgusting, I would not put that in my humidor to ruin other pieces. Absolutely atrocious customer service and no customer etiquette. Avoid purchasing cigars here. ⛔️

Very helpful. Went in there twice. The guy there was cheerful chap, even give me a tip free of charge to try with the Elixyr cigarettes. Next day we visited was served by two lovely ladies which also was very helpful. Thank you all

Was recently here on my holidays and purchased a few items from this shop I can honestly say staff we're great help... nearly ended up choosing the wrongs cigarettes as they weren't for me but was pointed in the right direction by a fella behind the counter he was very interactive and pleasant great shop great people as for paying with card always make your payment in euros, the machine actually gives you a choice to do so .........ps out of curiosity we check the duty free shop at the airport and the items were more than 20 euro more so saved a lot ........
