Der Laden ist 5meter lang und 1 meter breit. Die kasse ist ganz hinten. Links und rechts Wände voller Zeug, an das man nicht kommt weil die Schlange bis zum Eingang reicht. Stöbern keine Chance. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Wort stöbern ist auf Mallorca irgendwie noch unbekannt, da viel zu viele Läden so aufgebaut sind.

I asked for available Cuban boxes of 10 and the lady who was very nice said they only had two. When I said sorry one minute his tone became really unfriendly. “Dime, dime, dime” I said I needed one minute (in Spanish) and was told in a barking tone to wait in the back or outside. I left cause I would never buy luxury products in such a rude atmosphere. 5 stars for the female employee and minus 3 for the man = 2 in total. He should stick to cigarettes and lottery tickets instead of cigars.

Very average. Average selection of cigars, less than average service. Staff attitude was generally indifferent and I was unable to enter the humidor to select cigars (something allowed almost worldwide at every walk on humidor) Nothing special, only go if you have no other choice. Accueil déplorable, déjà peu souriant lorsque je suis rentré dans le magasin acheter des cigares, le vendeur s'est montré désagréable lorsque je me suis aperçu que mon portefeuille avait été volé devant sa boutique et que je n'avais plus de quoi payer mon achat.
Je suis sorti pour appeler ma banque et bloquer ma carte et lorsque mon épouse est rentrée dans le magasin lui demander de nous prêter un stylo pour quelques minutes, il a refusé catégoriquement.

Excellent service, the staff are very friendly and willing to take time to assist all queries. Great selection of cigars, cigarillos and cigarettes. Great prices, I ended up purchasing a 25 box of cigars. Good selection of Cuban and Nicaraguan cigars, including Montecristo. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to others.
