I was wrongly accused of stealing by a member of staff, without any reason or explanation. She made me empty my bag in front of others, causing unnecessary embarrassment and discomfort. There was no apology or professionalism — just rude and accusatory behavior. This is unacceptable treatment of a customer. I will not be shopping here again and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through such a humiliating experience. Unacceptable!

Very rude staff working at beauty department on Monday 26/05/25 around 9pm. Very bad customer service and attention first of all. They were chatting between each other like they were having the best time and not minding customers but coming rudely immediately when I tried a product to tell me I had to buy it as it wasn’t a tester. It was definitely a tester with a missing label (all other same products were full size behind it and no other mini size available le to buy). The mini size didn’t had right price on pricing label on shelf which suggest that I bought a tester probably already used by other customers too. Staff was only able to say they don’t have any responsibilities for this.

Hoy compré un agua Lanjarón,y una cajera a la hora de pagar me pide mi ticket de embarque a la hora de pagar, cuando o desde cuándo se presenta un ticket de embarque para pagar un agua,le pido que me explique para que la quieres,es que mucha gente compra licor,y explicaciones sin razón,me moría de sed, pero sigo en un desconcierto total ,y ella con el peor desparpajo de cobrar, alguien me explica estoy🧐😱😱😱😱😱

Sera dell’08/04/2025. Volo la sera tardi e nella noia decido di andare presso il duty free per annusare i profumi e le creme. Accidentalmente una delle crema era aperta e me è caduta POCHISSIMA a terra. La signora in servizio MOLTO, TROPPO maleducata! Ha urlato davanti a tutti, con toni assolutamente scorretti nei confronti di una cliente: inutile dire che volevo comprare ma ci ho rinunciato. Spero prenderete provvedimenti. È stata una scena vergognosa. Noto con molto piacere che tutti ci stiamo lamentando di questa signora. Non avevo dubbi. Si faccia due domande

Mucha tienda para tan pocos trabajadores, el calor es insoportable no se como pueden hacer trabajar a la gente en estas condiciones es vomitivo y denigrante, vergüenza les tendría que dar a los jefes tener a su personal así, al igual que la escasa limpieza que hay todo lleno de polvo, no se como no tienen dinero para coger un servicio de limpieza con los precios que hay.

Horrible Woman running this shop. Express dutyfree. Can't imagine what she's costing the company. Really rude. Just went into buy some bits and bobs and told off for looking with my 5yr old son. Poor..and alittle odd?

The stores not as large as some others however it’s well stocked with alcohol and Tobacco! They were stocking Limited Edition Ushuaia Belvedere on our return trip!

Decent Duty Free store with some little things to grab before your departure.
Don't expect to see anything amazing, is literally just Ibiza souvenirs and trinkets, few drinks and food items with some cigarettes.
Grabbed some Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleur Cigars here for a really good price although the cigar selection was minimal.
Poor selection of alcohol and clothing.
Some sunglasses here, but the bulk of the store is fragrances such as aftershave and perfumes.
Recommend a quick stop, nothing worth more than 15 minutes of your time.
