Best place for cigars in playa blanca. Great prices for genuine cigars. Decent selection of cubans, new world and local cigars. Great friendly staff, they were happy for me to take my time to look at what I wanted without being pushy. I bought 2 boxes of cubans which were verified as genuine on the habanos website, and the shop is listed on there as an authorised seller. I would definitely return if I am back in playa blanca.

Double check any promotions before you pay as we did not get the discount as they removed the sticker as we went to the till. Only realised when we checked the bill. Personally we will not be returning!!

Go to the store just a little higher the staff is nicer

Rompimos un vaso que estaba en el suelo, el vendedor nos hizo pagar mientras estaban en el suelo, obviamente lo informaremos a las autoridades, cuidado con los turistas son estafadores que no tienen suficiente dinero y tratan de tenerlo a toda costa

Indeed being a tourist does not mean all the rights but being a seller myself, if I put something fragile on the floor if it breaks I will not accuse the person who broke it but me because I was not professional at that time
I suppose you will not admit your mistakes because you are scammers as I already said, fortunately for us all the shops except yours were nice, once again this shop is to flee
PS it's not because your shop has been open for 30 years that it's a good shop, in view of other recent reviews we are not the only ones to complain about the staff 🤭

We are sorry for what happened. You and your partner were already alerted by the staff 2-3 times to be careful for the fragile products on the floor which they were organizing to put in shelves. Being tourist doesnt mean you take everything for granted and you blame business which is in service for more than 30years because of your carelessness.

Customer service was lacking here when we went. We went to look for cigarettes, and asked the man behind the counter if they had cartons of 400. He didn't say anything, just grunted. It felt unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. We left pretty quick after that

The only establishment we use for currency exchange. We purchase wine normally by the case when it's on special offer, genuine price reductions, and carried to our car. Excellent service.. Highly recommend.

This is the only place inwoupd recommended in Playa Blanca to get money exchanged.

Good rate, professional service and honest.

They also have a great range of alcohol and tobacco.

100% recommend.
