Fuyez cette boutique, un homme malententionné. Téléphone déposé pour problème d’écran, se retrouve à changer écran batterie sans réparation, et à casser le bouton home bien entendu sans compensation. Assure le fonctionnement du téléphone sans avoir aucune idée de ce qu’il faisait, résultat 200€ pour rien, supplément aigreur à volonté. Bref si vous voulez acheter des clopes allez y mais faites attention il arrache les prix avant de vous tendre le produit qui a prit par surprise 20% de plus de prix par rapport à la vitre.

Mais le téléphone en réparation a été un échec total malgré la bonne volonté affichée du vendeur, qui n'a cependant pas fait de geste commercial, réparation facturée 200€ pour un problème non résolu 😡

Ni siquiera saben abrir un telefono sin romper la parte de atras. Y claro, no ha sabido arreglar el problema ! Parecia fonctionar, pero no en verdad. Han olvidado de decirme que habia roto la parte de atras, pero no olbido de cobrarme 60 euros. El dueño es el mismo que el almacen de "reparacion" en la calle Juan Carlos. Huyen este almacen !
Ils ne savent même pas ouvrir un téléphone sans casser la partie arrière. Et bien sûr, ils n’ont pas su régler le problème. Il semblait fonctionner, mais non en vrai. Ils ont oublié de me dire que la partie arrière du téléphone avait été cassé à l’ouverture, mais pour me faire payer 60 euros, ils n'ont pas oublié. Le propriétaire est le même que celui su magasin calle Juan Carlos. Fuyez ce magasin !
Ajout : non, je ne me trompe pas de boutique, c’est bien la votre. C'est risible de lire systématiquement votre même réponse à tous les avis négatifs.
No, no me estoy equivocando, es bien su almacen. Es casi chistoso de leer siempre su misma respuesta a los avisos negativos.

Terrible service - Bought a watch from the store, originally trying to charge 75 for a non brand watch, for 30 euro. Within 4 hours it literally fell apart. Brought said watch back to store where he refused to fix it. The store owner then told me to "go die". Avoid at all costs.

I had my reservations going in, and they were confirmed. I needed a SIM card as my UK one was playing up here. I walked in and was quite happy with the €10 price tag for the data. As I go to pay, '€20 please'. The SIM card itself also costs €10. I didn't mind paying, but the fact that he didn't say until I tapped my card is really sneaky. If you need a SIM card, I'd recommend finding an actual Vodafone or Orange store. Steer clear of these tech shops.

Lleve el movil a reparar una pantalla rota de un iphone 11,m pusieron una y me lo lleve y la pantalla no funcionaba bien,el telefono no se desbloqueaba,lo lleve otra vez a reclamar y se lo deje y cuando fui a por el la pantalla ina mejor pero ahora toco algo y m lo dejo sin datos,me llevo el telefono de la isla roto y sin ninguna solucion,peor q se lo deje,por q m puso la pantalla mia q tenia rota y funcionaba perfectamente pero con error en los datos moviles,no lo recomiendo y m arrepiento de irme sin una hoja de reclamacion

Never go there in any way. This is a cheat nest. They sell more expensive and then ask for a receipt that they never gave.
Very aggressive when you demand justice. The seller wanted to hit me when I asked for a complaint book. My wife was together and she saw that.
When we returned with the police, the seller lied to them the other way around that I attacked him. Unfortunately Lanzarote Police couldn't do anything without a receipt . Even the police couldn't do anything with these robbers. They advised next time to take receipt as to be prove of purchase. Never ever shop in this place!!!

Went here to buy a battery for my ecig on holidays as the other one broke. I didn't know until I checked my bank account when I came home, noticed there were 2 separate payments on my card from Media World, Lanzarote. Turns out, the guy had scammed me out of 15 quid using contact less payment, when he pretended to fix something on the counter behind him, then turned around and proceeded to charge me for the item I bought. Be careful of these low down dirtbags.
