Just definitely got sold fake pueblo tobacco here. She was reasonable and gave me my money back but I take my business elsewhere. On line advice is to avoid these kinds of shops when it comes to tobacco and cigarettes. Probably everything in fact.

AVOID

They charge you in Pounds and not Euros.

Their selection isn't as big as you think, you can find everything this shop sells anywhere else nearby for much less and PAY IN EUROS.

Also, terrible customer service.

Asked for transaction in euros only find when checking bank statement later it was completed in GBP. Cost us about £12 hence we will not be returning for any future purchases.
Bought previously from this shop and they tried to complete the transaction in GBP but I handed the terminal back and asked for euros. This time I asked and he nodded therefore I thought he had done as I asked. Buyer beware 😣

The best shop for exchanging money and sales of tobacco I wouldn't use any other shop nice customer service and the lads can be TRUSTED 100% I would have given them 7 stars 🌟 if I could WELL DONE IN OFFERING AN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE as always 👏

Be careful when paying by card. They charged me in GBP when I wanted to be charged in Euro. They make money by charging 3% extra mark-up on the exchange rate. When challenged on this they said it was 'because people want to know what the price is in pounds. Dishonest behavior. Cigarettes are cheaper at HyperDino, I have since discovered.
I do not recommend this shop and would recommend that you avoid it. Bad people.
