Tourists be aware- Poor customer service and unclear refund isssue. I wished to return a power bank 45 mins after purchase (unopened, with recipes) and they reduced, citing a small paper notice at the till. Would not purchase from them again.

I bought wirless headphones here in feb 2023 and one side broke not the shops fault im here again dec 2023 went back to the shop to see if they could fix and they said they had to send them back to the company which would take a week which i dont have. The shop gave me a new set of headphones and said they would deal with the company i have never seen customer service like this its fantastic people should shop here i highly recomend them next door to the bell bar in las americas thankyou so much

Liars and thieves. Went here to buy a TITSA bus card, which are 2 Euros each. Store insisted they were 3 Euros. Lie. Checked later with the TITSA website. Should have been 2. They are lying and scamming tourists hoping they don't know any better.

In addition they also sold us the wrong type of travel card, even though we triple-checked which one we were ordering and even showed them a photograph of the exact one we needed. This resulted in us being stranded half way up Mt Teide with a blank travel card. AVOID.
